1. Cancellation before Shipping:

• Cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation: Free, full refund.
• Cancellation after 24 hours of order confirmation: 50% of the product cost will be charged as cancellation fee. After cancellation, the remaining 50% of the product cost and shipping fee will be refunded.
• Customized products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
• If you need to modify the shipping information provided, please contact customer service within 24 hours. Additional charges may apply if it's beyond this timeframe.

2. Cancellation after Shipping:
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped due to international logistics limitations.
