1. Where can I get my package tracking number?

We will email you the tracking number and the delivery company when ship out your order.

Please pay more attention to the email you used to place your order, we will send the order confirmation, order updates, tracking information and all other information to the email you used to place your order.

2. I never received the order confirmation email, why?

(1) The most common reason is that the email you used to place your order is invalid.

(2) Please check your junk mail box to see if the confirmation email was wrongly went there.

4. What should I do if the delivery status of my package seems off?

If you notice that the delivery status of your package is unusual, please reach out to us right away. We will get in touch with the shipping company and update you once we receive a response.

If the package has reached your local area, it’s also a good idea to call your local delivery service for more information.

5. If you have just placed an order, and your order has not been processed yet.

You can modify your order by sending us a request. Any replacements, exchanges, addition of additional items, refunds or additional charges are possible.

6. Canecllation Policy
      Cancellation before Shipping
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation: Free, full refund.
  • Cancellation after 24 hours of order confirmation: 50% of the product cost will be charged as cancellation fee. After cancellation, the remaining 50% of the product cost and shipping fee will be refunded.
  • Customized products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • If you need to modify the shipping information provided, please contact customer service within 24 hours. Additional charges may apply if it's beyond this timeframe.

      Cancellation after Shipping
Since cosplay products are customized products, refunds will not be supported once production begins. We hope you can understand.Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped due to international logistics limitations.For cancellation requests, please contact our team via email. Thanks for your understanding.

     

 7.How long can I get the refund?

We arrange your partial or full refund after getting your confirmation. And we notify you by email when successfully arranged the refund.

The entire process typically takes about 5-10 days.If you do not receive your refund by the stipulated date, please contact our email Rainybearcos@outlook.com.
